Digital Products - No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of aviation training materials, flight simulation manuals, and educational resources from University of Temecula Press Shop are final. Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Why This Policy Exists

Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once downloaded or accessed, the content has been delivered in full, and we have no way to retrieve it. This policy protects the intellectual property of our authors and content creators.

We encourage you to:
